Chat With Us!
We’re available for live chat via Google + during business hours Monday – Friday. Signing up is totally free, and you’ll be able to chat with us any time – even from your phone. All you need is a free Google account.
To get started:
Step 1: CLICK HERE to visit our Google Plus page (this will open the page in a new window on your browser).
*If you do not already have a Google account, you will be prompted to create one. Creating a Google account is free and only takes a few seconds.
Step 2: Click on the Add to Circles button (see graphic below).
Step 3: Before you can chat with us, we need to add you back to our circle. This process may take a minimum of several minutes. You can either wait until we ad you back or send use a private message (see graphic below for where to click to send us a private message).
Step 4: Once we’ve added you back, we can now chat any time! You will see our name appear in the right column of your Google Plus page. You can chat with us any time directly while logged into your Google Plus page or Gmail account. You can also download the free Google Talk app and chat with us from your computer OR phone. NOTES –
- Please allow some time for us to add you back to our circle once you have added us. We have to do this manually, so there is no guarantee as to how long it may take.
- We may not respond to your chat instantly. We respond to chats periodically throughout the day as time permits. Once you’ve sent us a message we WILL see it at some point and will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
- If you have an urgent question, we recommend you get a hold of us via Phone or Email.
- You can control privacy settings within your Google account so that your activity with us on Google Plus is discreet.
