Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer any returns on adhesive products and wet goods.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned hair systems. Returned stock hair systems that have been altered (such as hair cut or base cut down) are subject to a 35% restocking fee. We cannot accept any returns on custom made hair systems, or hair systems that have been worn.
If you plan to return a stock hair piece for a refund, or wish to exchange for a different model, please do the following:
- Do not alter the hair piece in any way – cut, color, etc. If the hair piece is not in the condition we sent it to you in when you return it, we can’t resell it, and therefore cannot issue you a refund.
- Fill Out Our Return Form – fill out our return form which can be downloaded here.
- Securly Package the hair piece and return it to us – we recommend shipping via Priority Mail and getting a tracking number to ensure delivery.
- We’ll Contact You – when we receive your return, we’ll get in touch with you either to collect necessary information to refund your payment, or to confirm the exchange.
- We’ll Exchange Your Hair Piece – with no additional shipping charge. We want you to be comfortable ordering with us, and that means we’ll take the responsibility to get you the right color hair piece.
