Mode of Operations
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are to be prepaid. Our payment options include all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Amazon pay are available for alternative payment options. Individual payment plans handled individually. Custom orders are returnable ONLY for Factory Error which is determined by Mary.
Factory Error orders will be remade or altered to meet specifications at no cost
Ordering Error orders will be remade or altered to meet specifications at no cost
Customer ordering errors will be dwelt with individually and may require additional cost to the customer. (these cases usually involve a change of mind, hair color, hairstyle etc.)
SUPPLIES: There is no return on any liquid items’, cleaners and adhesives. UNUSED tape and accessories can be returned for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY
